What about pension and auto-enrolment?
Offering a workplace pension to your employees is mandatory in the UK. This is called auto-enrolment, and employees may choose to opt out if they wish.
To support auto-enrolment, Nest was created by the Government as an easy way for small businesses to set up a workplace pension scheme. We find that many small businesses use Nest as their preferred option because it is well known and widely used.
However, there are other options in the market, and the right choice will depend on your circumstances. For example, Nest is a solid standard option, but it does not have a digital app in the way some other providers do. We are always looking for the best options for our clients and can set up a company pension that suits your needs.
