DIGITAL BOOKKEEPING
SERVICES

What is bookkeeping and why is it important?

Bookkeeping is the process of recording, organising, and maintaining financial transactions and records for your business. It involves tracking income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity in a systematic manner.

In receipt of our bookkeeping services you will benefit in the following ways:

- all data and information in your cloud accounting system is 'live' because your bank account integrates with the accounting software

- both us, and you, have access to the same information - no need to send reports to each other via email

- the data supports financial monitoring and key decision-making

- your annual statutory financial statements and corporation tax return can be completed earlier

Our Bookkeeping

We can complete your bookkeeping weekly or monthly, depending on your requirements.

In order to facilitate the import of data and information (ie supplier invoices) into your cloud accounting system we use Apron Capture. Apron gives you 5 different ways in which you can deliver all invoices and receipts into the accounting system. Once the invoices and receipts are there we process them accordingly, which means you can run reports from your accounting system, such as a monthly P&L or a balance sheet.

When you are running your own business, bookkeeping can be a considerable inconvenience. Added to that is the complexity of accounting for VAT, and suddenly bookkeeping could be taking you 10 hours every month - that is one whole working day. What would you pay to have that time back?

We know bookkeeping can be overwhelming, we can tailor a solution for you.
